BIDDERS NOTICE

The Mayor and City Council of the City of Laurel, Mississippi will receive BIDS on the following:

“Clearing of Right of Ways”

Instructions for bid submittal are on file and may be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office, 401 N 5th Avenue, Room 201 or on the city of Laurel website at laurelmsprojects.com. Interested parties may contact Tyrome Russell, Public Works Director, at 601-428-6456 or 601-422-3921 for further information and exact locations of Right of Ways that will be cleared.

All proposals must be received by the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall, 401 N. 5th Avenue, Laurel, Mississippi 39440 on or prior to 10:00 A.M. CST, November 8, 2021. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly marked: REQUEST FOR BIDS – CLEARING OF RIGHT OF WAYS.

The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to reject any/or all proposals and waive any informality.
